JIM LAMBRECHT- ASSOCIATE BROKER

Jim graduated with a BS from Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts in 1988. Upon completion of college he immediately joined the family real estate business, making him 5th generation of this local real estate family that has served Metro Detroit for over 100 years . After two years there, he and his father decided to leave the large company model and created Lambrecht Properties, Inc. to focus on the acquisition of commercial properties and management of their own portfolio.

Over the last 25 years, Jim has been closely involved in the acquisition of over 500,000 square feet of commercial buildings, tenant negotiations, and property management. Equally impressive is Jim’s involvement in his charitable work. Jim has been the past president of the Commercial Board of Realtors, a board director on the Michigan Board of Realtors, served on the vestry at Christ Church Cranbrook, and presently serves as the president-elect for PATH at Lighthouse of Oakland County. Jim has expanded his expertise into the residential field in order to help individuals fulfill their dreams. Jim has always enjoyed working with others and is known for his honesty, integrity and transparency in his actions.
