John Lambrecht- owner/broker
John Lambrecht is the Broker/Owner of Lambrecht Realty and the 5th generation of this local real estate family that has served Metro Detroit for over 100 years. He launched Lambrecht Realty in 2013 because he wanted to offer a real estate brokerage that excelled in customer service and would help clients find the best real estate options that fit their residential and commercial needs.
While attending University of Detroit Jesuit, John worked for his family’s company beginning in property management of the 400,000 square foot Book Tower at the age of 16. He continued in this position post graduation from Loyola University Chicago until 2010. His experienced ranged from building operations, sales, and development.
It is John’s mission to provide his clients with the highest levels of integrity, client satisfaction, and hard work. With almost twenty years of real estate experience at the age of 35, Lambrecht is well versed in residential and commercial real estate, as well as development.
Lambrecht’s experience ranges from selling/buying/leasing luxury homes, historic sites, condos, land, warehouses, and office buildings.
On top of working in real estate, Lambrecht opened two of Detroit’s most notable restaurants, Bookies Bar & Grille and Fountain Bistro in Campus Martius Park.

jim lambrecht- associate broker
Jim graduated with a BS from Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts in 1988. Upon completion of college he immediately joined the family real estate business, making him 5th generation of this local real estate family that has served Metro Detroit for over 100 years . After two years there, he and his father decided to leave the large company model and created Lambrecht Properties, Inc. to focus on the acquisition of commercial properties and management of their own portfolio.
Over the last 25 years, Jim has been closely involved in the acquisition of over 500,000 square feet of commercial buildings, tenant negotiations, and property management. Equally impressive is Jim’s involvement in his charitable work. Jim has been the past president of the Commercial Board of Realtors, a board director on the Michigan Board of Realtors, served on the vestry at Christ Church Cranbrook, and presently serves as the president-elect for PATH at Lighthouse of Oakland County. Jim has expanded his expertise into the residential field in order to help individuals fulfill their dreams. Jeff Lambrecht- Associate Broker
Jeff graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. After a brief stint as an Americorps/VISTA volunteer in economic development on the Lac du Flambeau Chippewa reservation in Wisconsin, he joined Lambrecht Properties Inc., with his brother and father, Robert P. Lambrecht, the former chairman of Lambrecht
Company (formerly Lambrecht Realty Company). Lambrecht Company specialized in mortgage banking, development, appraisal, brokerage, and property management through eleven offices around the Midwest.
Jeff currently serves at the Chief Financial Officer of Lambrecht Properties, responsible for the management of commercial real estate in Michigan and Ohio. A long-time supporter and mentor of Big Brothers Big Sisters, he is also a history buff, earning a M.A. in History at Wayne State University to become an adjunct professor at Oakland Community College. Jeff also sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Detroit Historical Society, and assists the Troy Historical Society. In keeping with the family tradition, Jeff is excited to help others find their dream home.
